Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 1, 2025
Note: This document is available in English only.
Welcome to AtlasPool! These terms explain how our service works and what to expect. We've tried to keep this simple and honest.
By using AtlasPool, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't make sense or you have questions, feel free to reach out.
What AtlasPool Is
AtlasPool is a solo Bitcoin mining pool with global infrastructure. Here's what that means:
- Solo mining: You only get paid if YOU find a complete Bitcoin block. We don't split rewards among miners.
- Low probability: Finding a block is like winning a lottery. Most miners never find one. This is normal for solo mining.
- Full rewards: If you do find a block, you get the entire block reward (minus our 1.5% fee).
- Global infrastructure: Announced out of 100+ edge locations worldwide, supported by stratum servers deployed in multiple international cities for low latency.
Fees and Payouts
Our Fee
AtlasPool charges a 1.5% fee on any block you find. This means:
- Block reward: 3.125 BTC (current as of 2024) - you get 98.5% = 3.078125 BTC
- Transaction fees: 100% yours! All Bitcoin transaction fees in the block go directly to you
- The 1.5% fee covers our infrastructure, development, and operational costs
- No other fees - no signup fees, no monthly fees, no withdrawal fees
How Payouts Work
When you find a block:
- The reward goes directly to your Bitcoin wallet address
- Payouts are automatic and processed by the Bitcoin network
- You'll see the transaction on the blockchain within minutes
- We don't hold your funds - everything is direct to your wallet
Important: No Guaranteed Income
Solo mining does NOT provide regular income. You might mine for months or years without finding a block. This is expected and normal. Only use AtlasPool if you understand and accept this reality.
Your Responsibilities
To use AtlasPool, you need to:
1. Provide a Valid Wallet Address
This is critical: Double-check your Bitcoin wallet address before mining. If you provide an incorrect address, your block reward will be lost forever. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
2. Use Real Mining Hardware
Only connect actual Bitcoin mining equipment (ASICs, etc.). Don't try to fake mining activity or game the system.
3. Follow the Law
Make sure Bitcoin mining is legal where you live. You're responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
4. Be Respectful
Don't try to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service. Don't overwhelm our servers with excessive connections. Basically, be a good internet citizen.
Service Availability and Reliability
We work hard to keep AtlasPool running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:
- 100% uptime (servers need maintenance, things break)
- Zero bugs or errors
- Service in every country (some regions may be blocked)
We may need to take servers down for maintenance or upgrades. We'll try to give advance notice when possible, but sometimes emergencies happen.
Important: If the pool goes down while you're mining, you won't lose any work. Just reconnect when we're back up.
Privacy and Data
We collect and store:
- Your wallet address (needed for payouts)
- Mining statistics (hashrate, shares, workers, connection data)
Mining statistics are retained to provide historical data, charts, and leaderboards. We don't sell your data to anyone. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Legal Stuff
No Warranties
AtlasPool is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We can't promise:
- That you'll find any blocks
- That the service will always be available
- That there won't be bugs or errors
You use AtlasPool at your own risk. While we implement security best practices, no system is completely immune to security issues.
Our Liability
We're not responsible for:
- Lost mining opportunities if the pool goes down
- Funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses
- Your electricity costs or hardware wear
- Any indirect or consequential damages
We run AtlasPool as a service to the Bitcoin community, but we can't be held liable for things beyond our control.
Termination
We can ban users who:
- Try to hack or abuse the service
- Violate these terms
- Engage in illegal activity
You can stop using AtlasPool anytime by disconnecting your miners.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post changes here and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by US law, but we recognize that users are located worldwide. Your local laws may provide additional protections that override some of these terms - that's okay and expected.
If there's a dispute, let's try to work it out directly first. We're reasonable people.
